Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure stock accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules and routes
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow
- Conduct regular training sessions for warehouse staff on new procedures and technologies
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ personnel
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to work in shifts and handle peak season operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
