Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and conduct regular stock audits to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and implement material planning strategies to align with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize material availability and reduce lead times.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, material usage, and warehouse performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize warehouse processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with lean inventory principles and just-in-time (JIT) methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
