Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of shipments.
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organize storage areas efficiently.
- Prepare and process warehouse documentation, including shipping and receiving reports.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and issues related to inventory or shipments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
