Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Prepare and verify logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays.
- Optimize route planning and transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics management software and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including import/export laws.
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse coordination for efficient storage and distribution.
- Generate reports on logistics performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on cost reduction and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international trade regulations is highly advantageous.
