Responsibility
- Handle administrative duties related to freight forwarding, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Process import and export permits in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and verify packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays in shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
