Responsibility
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, manage stock movements, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory management tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
