Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout for efficient material handling and workflow.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Liaise with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with business demands.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational performance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution centre management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance in healthcare logistics is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
