As a Warehouse Executive, you will be the backbone of our supply chain process. Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of chemical products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure goods are handled safely and according to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the warehouse premises.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including delivery orders and inventory reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse space utilization and operational workflow.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with operational projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possession of a forklift license is considered a significant advantage.
- Physical capability to handle warehouse equipment and perform routine site inspections.
