Responsibility
- Accurately encode and update warehouse inventory data into the company's database.
- Verify and cross-check inventory records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping and receiving documents.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for warehouse documents.
- Support the warehouse team in conducting regular inventory audits.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data entry and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
