Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non-conformities.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality standards.
- Experience with audit processes, CAPA, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
