Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product and process compliance.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Document and report quality metrics, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
