Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of medical products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Support new product development and transfers by performing quality checks and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures.
- Ensure all quality control equipment is calibrated and maintained.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or Life Sciences).
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the medical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
