Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of production staff to ensure efficient and timely execution of manufacturing processes during the morning shift.
- Monitor production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies in all production activities.
- Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and optimize productivity through lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve production issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance overall manufacturing performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within electronics or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes in manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin) are a plus.
