Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, including process audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues, reducing defects and improving efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, such as defect rates, customer complaints, and process capability, to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and precision in quality control.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, best practices, and problem-solving techniques to foster a culture of excellence.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to address quality concerns and ensure alignment with industry requirements.
- Champion ethical standards and sustainability practices, aligning quality initiatives with the organization’s goals and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the machine/equipment manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, and SPC.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- High ethical standards, adaptability, and persistence in overcoming challenges.
