Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and maintain safety, security, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic warehouse plans.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
