Responsibility
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of production associates to ensure efficient assembly line operations.
- Monitor daily production targets, adjusting workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a hazard-free work environment in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment or process issues, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize resource allocation, including materials, labor, and machinery, to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output metrics, defect rates, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, logistics) to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in assembly line operations, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles.
- Strong knowledge of production machinery, tools, and safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Proficiency in production management software (e.g., ERP, MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
