Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and manage shipments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Process and verify orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to warehouse activities, including reports and logs.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
