Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in the Food & Chemical sectors.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies and improve order fulfillment efficiency.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to food and chemical handling.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and operational costs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse workflows and reduce waste.
- Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper maintenance and usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the Food, Chemical, or FMCG industries.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, or other industry-specific certifications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese or Indonesian is advantageous.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
