As a QA & Production Executive, you will oversee critical aspects of production, from raw material inspection to final product quality control. Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows and reduce waste while maintaining efficiency.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for non-conforming products or processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on quality metrics, defects, and process improvements.
- Train and mentor staff on QA procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to global standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or production within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP or MES systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
