Responsibility
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Shipment Processing: Load and unload goods, verify shipment documents, and ensure timely dispatch of orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment by adhering to 5S principles and company policies.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record inventory movements, update digital systems, and maintain organized records for audits and reporting.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate daily tasks, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in safety training to minimize workplace hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic will be considered).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic—this is our top priority!
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed to meet operational demands.
