Responsibility
- Assist the driver and sales representative in loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle.
- Ensure all products are securely packed and organized to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify delivery orders and confirm accuracy of products before and after delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during handling and transportation.
- Assist in resolving any delivery discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery challenges to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of product handling and safety procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license (optional but advantageous).
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
