Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in priorities or resources.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies throughout the production process.
- Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align production schedules with customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and production planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
