Responsibility
- Design and develop custom warehouse automation solutions tailored to client requirements in the ANZ region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer pain points and propose technical solutions that drive business value.
- Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate solution viability.
- Create detailed technical proposals, system architectures, and implementation roadmaps for client presentations.
- Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during solution deployment and post-implementation phases.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in warehouse automation, robotics, and AI-driven logistics.
- Train and educate clients on system operation, maintenance, and optimization best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting within logistics, supply chain, or automation industries.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), robotics, and IoT technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with ANZ market clients is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally (20-30%) for client engagements and project implementations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
