Responsibility
- Manage and nurture key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing, from receipt to delivery, including production scheduling and quality checks.
- Liaise with internal teams (production, warehouse, logistics) and external partners to ensure on-time shipments.
- Monitor order statuses, track progress, and provide real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Prepare and present regular reports on order fulfillment metrics, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align production capacity with customer demand.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and shipping records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer account management, order coordination, or logistics in manufacturing/transport sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and logistics software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
