Responsibility
- Manage daily procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best terms and cost savings for the company.
- Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Prepare reports on procurement metrics, including spend analysis, savings, and supplier performance.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to ethical standards and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry is highly desirable.
