Responsibility
- Accurately encode and update warehouse inventory data into digital systems, ensuring real-time tracking of stock levels, receipts, and shipments.
- Verify and cross-check data entries against physical inventory to maintain 100% accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and maintain detailed reports on inventory status, movements, and trends for management review.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure data consistency across all operational platforms.
- Organize and categorize product information, including SKUs, barcodes, and specifications, to streamline retrieval and auditing processes.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to validate system data against physical stock.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) and other digital tools to optimize data entry workflows.
- Adhere to company data security protocols and confidentiality standards to protect sensitive business information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, warehouse operations, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control principles.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners, RFID systems, or other warehouse technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
