Responsibility
- Accurately encode and update warehouse inventory data into digital systems.
- Verify and cross-check physical stock against digital records to ensure consistency.
- Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock movements.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve data inconsistencies and improve processes.
- Assist in auditing inventory records and preparing documentation for compliance purposes.
- Enter and process shipment and receipt data in real-time to support logistics operations.
- Follow standardized procedures to minimize errors and uphold data security protocols.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, warehouse operations, or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
