Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring real-time tracking of stock levels and movements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and delivery processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve space utilization and accessibility.
  • Generate and analyze reports on inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and operational metrics.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory and logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of project material requirements.
  • Support the resolution of operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with construction or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis in Bali, Indonesia.
