Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring real-time tracking of stock levels and movements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and delivery processes.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve space utilization and accessibility.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and operational metrics.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of project material requirements.
- Support the resolution of operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Bali, Indonesia.
