Responsibility
- Process and evaluate purchase requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure favorable pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement timelines to prevent shortages or delays.
- Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
