Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure optimal workflow.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, verifying documentation accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies using SAP/WMS.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse.
- Process transactions in SAP/WMS systems, including data entry, order picking, and shipment tracking, with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading for domestic and international deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse operations, material handling, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in SAP/WMS or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, including FIFO, LIFO, and just-in-time (JIT) methodologies.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) and valid certification (if applicable).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Physical stamina to lift/move items up to 25 kg and work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature-controlled areas).
