Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and dispatch goods efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation and tracking deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to orders, deliveries, or returns.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize storage and distribution processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent education; diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or logistics (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to handle light warehouse duties (e.g., lifting, sorting).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
