Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in warehouse operations.
- Resolve any operational issues or conflicts promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other key metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
