Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of electrical and electronic components.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies through regular audits.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and accuracy.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
