Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and management.
- Implement and maintain warehouse organization systems to optimize space and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support procurement and demand planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory and shipping documentation promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse coordination or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with aerospace or manufacturing industry standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a benefit.
