Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, optimize space utilization, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling, storage, and shipping to enhance operational consistency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software; experience with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and best practices for material handling and storage.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
