As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, optimizing inventory management, and coordinating logistics to support our manufacturing processes. Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient storage solutions.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline supply chain processes.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and customs clearance when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
