Responsibility
- Assemble air conditioning units and components according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Perform functional and performance testing on assembled units to ensure quality and reliability.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions in air conditioning systems during the testing phase.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes, including documentation of any issues or adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in the assembly and testing processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and precision in work.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling tools and components.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
