Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product consistency and address defects.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory and timely delivery of materials.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production environments.
- Proven track record of meeting production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Relevant certifications in production management or occupational safety are a plus.
