Responsibility
- Accurately receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments into the warehouse management system.
- Organize and maintain inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing goods in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently as required.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks, containers, or delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping logs, inventory reports, and receipts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and willingness to adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime, as operational demands require.
