Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for spare parts to optimize pricing and profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning.
  • Manage and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for automotive parts, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and inventory requirements.
  • Support dealer accounts by providing timely updates on parts availability, pricing, and delivery schedules to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing shortages and excess inventory costs.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to spare parts orders, ensuring a high level of service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align spare parts strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on spare parts performance, inventory turnover, and cost efficiency to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spare parts operations, automotive logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Bali automotive market.
