Responsibility
- Coordinate and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage and update production records, including inventory levels, work orders, and quality control documentation.
- Liaise with various departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and distribute reports on production metrics, efficiency, and performance to management.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor and track production costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, to the production team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or production management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management is a plus.
