Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines to meet production targets.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Record production data accurately for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of machinery for different production runs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
