Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and production staff on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
