Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming warehouse items, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage systems to facilitate quick retrieval of goods.
- Update and reconcile inventory records using digital tracking systems to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and release outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and report any inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and optimize warehouse workflows.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed, including packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and organize heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot inventory or logistics issues.
