Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate semiconductor and electronics component trading projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with Japanese stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a timely manner.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).
