Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and updating records in the warehouse management system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage.
- Support the implementation of warehouse processes and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to resolve any inventory or order-related issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training will be provided if necessary).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and order processing.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software.
