Responsibility
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Inspect products for quality and compliance with company standards before storage or dispatch.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, forklifts) as needed, following safety guidelines.
- Report any issues or irregularities to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
