Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring product availability and freshness.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve service delivery.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower operational expenses.
- Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., delivery times, transportation costs, inventory turnover) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies on safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, risks, and cost-saving opportunities to management.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics plans with business objectives and customer demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), ERP software, and logistics best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and logistics software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and cold chain logistics (a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
