Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints) to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, audit findings, and non-conformance incidents for management review.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to local and international quality standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in product development and testing phases to provide quality-related input and validation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics, or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using quality management software (QMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or Malay is advantageous.
