Responsibility
- Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming semiconductor materials and products against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move, store, and retrieve inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are prepared for timely dispatch.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with semiconductor materials or high-tech products is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) with valid certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with WMS or ERP systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
